D-Day Coins
| For 2019, to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings, the Royal Mint released a special range of Limited Issue £2 Two Pound Coins minted in Gold Proof, Piedfort Silver Proof, Silver Proof and Brilliant Uncirculated condition. The reverse designed by Stephen Taylor features the map with the five different beaches codenamed Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword while the obverse features the Fifth Portrait of the Queen designed by Jody Clark. |
