Returns and Exchanges with original receipt
The London Coin Company are happy to exchange or refund goods purchased from us for any reason within 14 days
of the
invoice date based on the original form of
payment as
long
as the
item/s are received in the same condition as sent, products that were originally Mint sealed and returned no longer Mint sealed the return will not be accepted,
For Precious Metal Coins in Gold, Silver and Platinum the right to cancel under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulation 2000 does not apply because the price of the goods/coins we sell are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets that are beyond our control.
In the event that you wish to cancel an order for an item which you have paid for prior to its coming into stock, in consequence of a price fluctuation, the cancellation charge will be 15.00% of the total order value, plus any consequential loss owing to the fluctuation in the price of the metal.
In the event that you wish to cancel an order for an item/s which you have ordered and has been shipped that is not dealt with by the buyer or buyer refuses the parcel and the parcel is returned, any costs associated with the return will be charged to the buyer and the cancellation charge will be 15.00% of the total order value.
In the event that you wish to cancel an order for an item/s which you have made a deposit on as part payment or under our layaway scheme, the cancellation charge will be 15.00% of the total order value.
If the item to be exchanged is higher or lower in price than the item returned any additional costs will be invoiced to the buyer or if the item is lower in price any refund will be dealt with accordingly.
If Paypal or Debit Card is used as a form of payment and an order wants to be cancelled, if a refund is chosen instead of an exchange, any fees which are incurred by Paypal or by WorldPay which are kept by Paypal or WorldPay refunds will be minus their fees.
Returns without original receipt
The London Coin Company
are happy to refund or exchange goods purchased from us without an original invoice for any other reason within 14 days of the invoice date and will be based on our current buying price of the goods.
Items which are returned for a refund will not be refunded postage costs, unless the goods were found to be faulty or incorrectly described. In order to prevent fraudulent claims for damaged coins or distressed coins by swapping with personal stock, the claim will be thoroughly investigated by our Returns Department and checked against our records, as ALL stock is personally checked by our shipping team prior dispatch before a decision to refund or exchange is made.
We only refund shipping charges, if we have sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
The London Coin Company are
happy to refund goods purchased from us, from customers who have now decided they do not want them upon receipt of goods. However, refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee
unless the item is exchanged for another item with the same value or higher or previously discussed with
