In 2020, to celebrate Una and the Lion, the East India Company released a special Limited Issue Una and the Lion £5 Five Pound Gold Proof Coin struck in solid fine 999.9 Gold weighing one ounce of pure Gold Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR70 DCAM with special NFC Anti-Counterfeiting Technology and is the first coin in a brand new series.
The reverse designed by Glyn Davies features an interpretation of Una and the Lion while the obverse features a Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
