2016 Niue Kings of the Continents African Lion $2 Silver Proof 1oz Coin Box Coa

For 2016 the New Zealand Mint have released a new series of Limited Issue Coins called Kings of the Continents and the first in the series the African Lion $2 Two Dollar Silver Proof Coin struck in solid fine .999 Silver weighing one ounce of pure Silver.

The reverse depicts the African Lion in full colour while the obverse has Ian Rank Broadley's portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
