2016 Britannia £25 Gold Proof 1/4oz Coin Box Coa Sealed - Mintage 729

For 2016 the Royal Mint released it's yearly Limited Issue Britannia £25 Twenty Five Pound Gold Proof Coin struck in solid fine 999.9 Gold weighing one quarter of an ounce of pure Gold.

The reverse designed by Suzie Zamit features Britannia with Trident and Shield with a Lion at her feet while the obverse design depicts Jody Clark's Fifth Portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
