2015 British Lunar Sheep £500 Gold Proof 5oz Coin PCGS PR69 DCAM

In 2015 for the second year running, to celebrate the Lunar Year of the Sheep, the Royal Mint released a British Lunar Sheep £500 Five Hundred Pound Gold Proof Coin struck in solid fine 999.9 Gold weighing five ounces of pure Gold Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR69 DCAM with special NFC Anti-Counterfeiting Technology.

The reverse designed by Wuon-Gean Ho depicts two Swaledale sheep depicting friendship and togetherness.
The obverse has Ian Rank Broadley's portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
