In 2009 to celebrate the Kangaroo, the Perth Mint released a very Limited Issue Kangaroo $50 Fifty Dollar Gold Coin struck in solid .9999 Gold weighing one half of an ounce of pure gold with a special "P" Mint Mark has been Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as MS70.
The reverse depicts a Kangaroo while the obverse features the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
