2002 Golden Jubilee Britannia 50p Gold Proof Coin PCGS PR69 DCAM

In 2002 to celebrate the Queen's Golden Jubilee, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Britannia 50p Fifty Pence Gold Proof Coin struck in solid 22 Carat Gold Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR69 DCAM.

The reverse design is a seated figure of Britannia by Christopher Ironside and the obverse design is a portrait of Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
These legal tender coins have been struck to proof quality using specially prepared dies and highly polished blanks.
