The reverse is designed by Michael Noakes and features a portrait of the Prince of Wales with keywords relating to the work of The Trust in the background. Gracing the obverse of the Fiftieth Birthday Crown is the new effigy of Her Majesty the Queen by sculptor and medallist, Ian Rank Broadley.
