In 2016 to celebrate the Kookaburra, the Perth Mint released a very Limited Issue Kookaburra $1 One Dollar Silver Coin struck in solid fine .999 Silver weighing one ounce of fine pure Silver colourised by the Perth Mint Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as MS70.
The reverse depicts the Kookaburra which changes each year while the obverse has the stunning portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley.
