In 1996 to celebrate the 70th Birthday of Queen Elizabeth II, the Royal Mint released a very Limited Issue Queens 70th Birthday £25 Twenty Five Pound Silver Proof Coin struck in solid fine .925 Sterling Silver and weighing five ounces of pure Silver on behalf of St Helena and the Ascension Islands.

The reverse design depicts Trooping the Colour while the obverse features Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf.
